Procedures:
Check In: After 5 P.M.
Bookings with outstanding amounts: must be paid the day of arrival in the agreed way.
Check Out: The departure time from the house will before 11 P.M., if you have left a deposit it Will be returned in a 24/48 hours term, after the house and its household have been checked, by bank transfer or Bizum.
When leaving, leave the accommodation closed, free of rubbish, deposit the keys in the mailbox at the entrance, please check that it is properly closed.
Rules:
It is NOT allowed to SMOKE inside the house, nor to take furniture from inside to the garden. If damage is caused to the accommodation or exterior, they must be comunicated to the property and paid for before departure.
Parties or events are not allowed, nor make noise before 10 A.M. or after 12 A.M.
No more people than agreed, as well as in the course of the stay change of people without authorization from the owner. The client's stay would be terminated when breaching the rules.
If you bring a pet, take special care with the furniture.
Please do not use the apartment towels to wipe off makeup.
Please do not throw objects or hygenical products in the toilet.
Suggestions:
In case you run out of hot water, tell the owner about it.
